Our Story
Yoga Konnect is a Workplace Yoga and Wellness company. The company was founded out of the founder’s passion for workplace wellness. Through workplace wellness and yoga, we can empower individuals with essential stress management skills, increase physical fitness, promote team work and increase productivity.
We also believe that we can connect lives through yoga, creating ripple effects of calmness and happiness in our inner and outer world. We want to start these ripple effects from the workplace, as we spend at least one third of our day at work. Our mission is to make the workplace a happy place so that people can leave the work with smiles, spreading the positive energy onwards.

Forty-five minutes to one-hour lunchtime or after-work yoga classes.  We have experienced teachers from different yoga lineage to teach different styles of yoga. Short half an hour class that is taught at your desk. You don’t even have to change! Half an hour meditation class to freshen the mind.
Two to three hours workshop to equip your employees with essential skills for emotional well being. Have a bigger budget? We can arrange unforgettable wellness retreats in Melbourne, Sydney, Thailand and Malaysia, as well as other beautiful locations.
Team building through yoga. Inspiring and fun-filled team building workshop. The workshop can be conducted in your office or at other location.
